Three people were arrested within the framework of the criminal case under investigation in the Berd Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. The RA Investigative Committee spread a message about this.
2021 On November 30, 2012, at around 3:00 am, while transporting a car loaded with timber without a license to the forest state area of the " Artsvaberd Forestry " branch of the Hayantar SNCO, several residents of Ttujur village of Gegharkunik region prevented the transportation of this car then, scolding the police officers of RA and the employees of the branch "Artsvaberd Forestry" branch, scuffling them, as well as threatening violence against persons transporting a car, obstructed the police officers and forestry employees performing their official duties.
One of them was arrested on suspicion of transporting timber from illegally felled trees, and two on suspicion of using violence against police officers and forestry officers.
The investigation continues.
