Deputy Minister of Environment Aram Meymaryan presented a package of draft laws "On Amendments to the Law "On Flora", "On Amendments to the Law "On Wildlife", "On Amendments to the Law "On Specially Protected Natural Territories" for discussion in the first reading at the NA meeting on February 10.
Currently, there are a number of legal acts regulating the sphere, but there are no fixed authorizing norms in the laws, which creates a problem from the point of view of their application.
According to the Deputy Minister, in order to solve the problem, it is planned to consolidate the authorizing norms in the current laws.
