Along with the monitoring measures due to the spawning period of whitefish, the removal of crab fishermen from the lake continues in the territory of "Sevan" National Park.
On December 18, as a result of control measures jointly implemented by the special purpose squad of "Sevan" National Park and the Water Patrol Service, 13 illegal crab catchers and 53 fishing nets were taken out of the lake and confiscated from the coastal areas of the settlements adjacent to the lake.
