The "Early Bird" project has been launched within the framework of the 5-year memorandum of cooperation signed between the Ministry of Environment of RA and the "Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra" SNCO. Within the framework of the cooperation, the "Armenian National Philharmonic Orchestra" has dedicated the autumn concert season to the protection of the Armenian seagulls nesting on the island named "Island of Seagulls" in the territory of "Norashen" reserve of "Sevan National Park".
