"De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits" project is implemented by the Armenian office of the United Nations Development Program with funding from the Green Climate Fund, under the coordination of the Ministry of Environment.
This program is the 10th program in the world funded by the Green Climate Fund.
The program's actions are aimed at energy-efficient modernization of residential and public buildings by creating an appropriate investment field and reducing the financial and organizational risks associated with it.
