At the meeting of the standing committee on Territorial Administration, local self-government, agriculture and environmental protection on April 27, the proposed changes were presented by Environment Minister Hakob Simidyan.
The Minister noted that in order to increase the effectiveness of programs aimed at environmental protection, it is necessary to establish the most  clear list of measures.
This will allow communities with limited resources to develop and implement more targeted and targeted programs.
