It is envisaged to plant a forest tree nursery and new forests with an area of 30-35 hectares in Artsakh. Acting Minister of Environment of the Republic of Armenia Romanos Petrosyan stated this in a conversation with "Armenpress".
"Here we will also have a greenhouse with an area of 500 square meters to have seedlings with a closed root system. Their stickiness is high - about 80-90%," said the Acting Minister.
In the near future, Artsakh specialists will take part in consulting and training activities in the office of "ArmForest" to fully prepare for establishing a nursery and planting 100 thousand trees.
