The Ministry of Environment hosted the 2nd meeting of the permanent interdepartmental working group on climate change mitigation and adaptation of the interdepartmental coordinating Council for the implementation of the requirements and provisions of the Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Paris Agreement.
The meeting was attended by experts from the Ministry of Environment, UNDP, the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Multilateral Policy and Development Cooperation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Department of Energy of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the Department of Human Trafficking and Women's Issues of the Office for Equal Opportunities of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Representatives of the Renewable Energy Department of the Energy Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, the Department of Natural Disasters of the Department for Population Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction of the Emergency Rescue Service and the Cadastre Committee.

Opportunities for cooperation with the partnership Plan and the ADA partnership, an industry adaptation program stemming from the "National Adaptation Plan" on Climate Change for 2021-2025.
A participant of the Energy Department of the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Subcategories presented the Energy Saving and Renewable Energy Program for 2022-2030.
At the end of the meeting, the next steps of the working group were presented.
