In 2021, the "Reserve Park Complex" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment announced a call for quotations for the development of the concept for the development of the "Jrvezh" city park complex development program design and sketching documents for the area.
 The representatives of the winning company "Global Project" LLC presented to Minister Hakob Simidyan the project of the future structure of "Jrvezh" city park, the complex of services provided for external development.
 The meeting was attended by the acting director of "Reserve Park Complex" SNCO A.  Hakobyan and representatives of different subdivisions.
 Before the presentation of the project, Deputy Minister Anna Mazmanyan presented the vision of having a city park with new approaches, around which those present united.
 The area of "Jrvezh" city park is planned to be developed and improved, giving a new breath to the given region.  As a result of the implementation of the program, the citizens will have a city park equipped with the best facilities for entertainment.
 Deep, large-scale changes are planned to create infrastructure to improve the quality of services provided.
 Modern architectural solutions inventions will make it possible to create the best place for leisure without harming nature and the environment, as well as using existing structures.
 In the territory of the park it is planned to build children's playgrounds from ecologically natural raw materials, a racetrack in accordance with the standards of organizing sports events, mini football, basketball and volleyball courts, a skate playground, a parking lot in accordance with modern requirements.
 Infrastructures for winter recreation are envisaged: ski routes, skating rink, skating rinks.
 There will be greenhouses where plants will be planted and grown, including forest trees.
 There is also an art zone, a training zone and other thematic corners.
 The Minister expressed his satisfaction with the work done at this stage of the project and noted that he was very impressed with the quality of the work and expressed readiness to start the project as soon as possible.
 The Minister asked the partners to implement the next stages of the project with the same quality.
