REPORT on the works done by the Environmental Protection and Mining Inspection Body of RA in the period from November 15 to November 26, 2021
During the control carried out, 47 cases were registered, of which 37 were calculated damage to the environment in the amount of 39.616.190 drams, 3 cases were imposed administrative fines in the amount of 150,000 drams.
According to the 25 cases registered in the past, the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 30.529.500 drams was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 1.740.000 drams was imposed.
In particular:
The sphere of flora protection: 39.603.980 drams were calculated for the environment.
In 11 cases recorded in the past, the damage caused to the environment in the amount of 30.529,500 drams was calculated, an administrative fine in the amount of 800,000 drams was imposed.

The sphere of fauna protection: the environment was damaged in the amount of 12.210 drams.
The sphere of protection of air and water, waste disposal, use and protection of land: 5 cases were recorded, of which 2 administrative fines in the amount of 100,000 drams were imposed.
In one of the previously registered cases, an administrative fine of 50,000 drams was imposed.
Violation of the rules and regime of protection of specially protected natural objects by the state: an administrative fine in the amount of 640,000 drams was imposed on 8 previously registered cases.

State expertise: an administrative fine in the amount of 250,000 drams was imposed on 5 cases recorded earlier.

Failure in submitting reports on time: 5 cases were recorded, one of which was imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 50,000 drams.
19 cases (a total of 1,755,900 drams) were sent to the Ministry of Justice of Armenia.

During the specified period, the State budget of the Republic of Armenia received 3,012,903 drams
About inspections:
In the reporting period, the head of EPMIB gave 5 instructions to conduct an audit, of which՝
   2 - production,
   1 - use of mineral resources,
   1 - fish farming,
   1 - waste installation.
Based on the results of 12 previous inspections, 12 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 2,580,000 AMD were made, and the damage caused to nature was calculated in the amount of 586,738,802 AMD. 5 instructions on eliminating the violations were given.
