In the first reading, the Permanent Commission on Territorial Administration, Local Self-government, agriculture and Environmental Protection also discussed and adopted the amendments proposed by the Government to the RA Code "On Subsoil".
The Ministry of Environment will be empowered to approve guidelines for the implementation of provisions on environmental impact assessment during environmental disasters.
The draft will be discussed in the plenary hall in a 24-hour mode.
In the second reading, the draft laws proposed by the government "On Amendments to the Law "On the Targeted Use of Environmental Tax paid by Companies" and "On Amendments and Additions to the RA Forest Code" were discussed and received a positive conclusion.
