The Ministry of Environment, among various embassies, international structures, public organizations, individual initiators, civil society, has launched an initiative according to which the Ministry, in order to reduce the use of polyethylene and switch to reusable bags, wants to distribute about 300,000 reusable bags free of charge in the city of Yerevan, various regions, small and large cities.
