During the control, 39 cases were registered, of which 24 were calculated to cause damage to the environment in the amount of 2,603,340 AMD, in 6 cases an administrative fine in the amount of 700,000 AMD was imposed.

In 19 previously registered cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of 4,714,100 AMD was calculated, and an administrative fine in the amount of 1,500,000 AMD was imposed.
In particular:
Flora conservation
Damage to the environment in the amount of 2,398,590 AMD was calculated in 17 registered cases.
 In 10 previously registered cases, the damage to the environment in the amount of AMD 4,714,100 was calculated, and an administrative fine in the amount of AMD 700,000 was imposed.

Wildlife conservation

7 cases were registered, out of which damage to the environment in the amount of 204,750 AMD was calculated, 7 of which administrative fines in the amount of 450,000 AMD were imposed. An administrative fine in the amount of 220,000 AMD was imposed on 2 previously registered cases.

Atmospheric air and water protection, waste disposal, land use and conservation

4 cases were registered, 1 of which was imposed an administrative fine in the amount of 150,000 AMD. An administrative fine in the amount of 350,000 AMD was imposed on 3 previously registered cases.

Failure to submit reports on time

11 cases were registered, out of which an administrative fine in the amount of AMD 100,000 was imposed in 2 cases.

An administrative fine in the amount of AMD 150,000 was imposed on 3 previously registered cases.

Violation of rules for protection of natural objects specially protected by the state and regime

An administrative fine in the amount of 80,000 AMD was imposed on 1 previously registered case.

15 cases were sent to the RA Ministry of Justice (total: 1,665,080 AMD).

During the mentioned period 1,495,672 AMD was paid to the RA state budget.

About inspections

During the reporting period, the head of EPMIB issued 15 instructions on carrying out inspections, of which:

8 - entrails use

3: SHPP,

2: production,

2: waste installation, transportation, neutralization.

Based on the results of 2 previous inspections, 3 decisions on administrative fines in the amount of 250,000 AMD were made. 1 instruction was given to eliminate the violations.
