Today the world celebrates the international Day Saving Day, the main purpose of which is to pay attention to the use of resources and the development of renewable energy sources.
In the framework of cooperation between the state-community, UNDP in Armenia is implementing a program aimed at heating of buildings, due to which in many communities heating costs were reduced for residents and energy consumption and related greenhouse gas emissions were reduced.
The program is implemented by the UN Development Program in Armenia with the financing of the Green Climate Fund and with the coordination of the Ministry of Environment of RA.
