Meeting with fishermen and a tour of the public beach

Today, Deputy Minister Aram Meymaryan made a working visit to the Sevan National Park. In the National Park, Deputy Minister, Acting Director of the park Karen Mnatsakanyan and deputy of the parliamentary faction "Civil Contract" Narek Grigoryan held a meeting with citizens and individual entrepreneurs engaged in fishing and fish exports. 
The Deputy Minister presented the approaches and vision of the Ministry for the development of a new procedure for whitefish fishing in Lake Sevan. 
The Deputy Minister stated once again that in the issue of resolving the problem, we are dealing with both an environmental and a social problem, in accordance with this, the implemented program with the proposed solutions should contribute to the stable use and restoration of biofuels on the lake, as well as create in practical and legal terms such conditions for fishermen, in which Illegal hunting and the whitefish coup. Aram Meymaryan  noted that the proposals of the primary beneficiaries of the program -fishermen - will be discussed and taken into account.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of active questions and answers and constructive discussions, a number of proposals were made, which will be discussed by the professional units of the Ministry in the future. "If we want to achieve a visible and long-term result, such meetings and discussions should be lengthy, it is necessary to analyze in detail all the results of previous programs and identify mistakes," the Deputy minister said. After the discussion in the national park, the Deputy Minister visited the public beach N1 to get acquainted with the solutions to the previously voiced problems on the spot. 
Aram Meymaryan toured the public beach area, asked about the problems raised, looked at the quality of services provided, including the condition of changing rooms and public problems, as well as the organization of garbage collection. 
The Deputy Minister thanked colleagues who provide medical and rescue services on the beach and talked with citizens organizing their holidays on the lake shore. 
The Deputy Minister especially urged to keep the beach clean and leave garbage only in the designated place.
At the end of the tour, Aram Meymaryan positively assessed the state of the public beach and instructed the responsible persons to keep the conditions of recreation on the territory and the quality of services provided in the center of constant attention.
