The Standing Committee of the National Assembly on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environmental Protection discussed in the second reading the draft law "On Amendments to the Law "On Flora" with the attached package.
According to the draft laws, it is proposed to fix the authorizing norms in the RA laws "On the Flora", "On the animal world", "on specially protected natural territories" in part of the current legal acts.
After this package was adopted in the first reading, the content has not changed.
It was presented for discussion by Deputy Minister of Environment Aram Meimaryan.
