Since 1999, the last Sunday of August has been declared Lake Sevan Day. This decision was made by the current Ministry of Nature Protection of the Republic of Armenia, including activities related to this day in the program of protection of Lake Sevan.
Dear citizens, every time you go to the lake, remember that Sevan is the second of its kind in the world, has a unique flora and fauna and priceless natural monuments.
Lake Sevan is not just a resort, but an ecosystem that needs the care of each of us.
