There are 3 state reserves, 4 national parks, 27 state sanctuaries  and 232 natural monuments in Armenia.
Tourists visiting Armenia can get acquainted with the specially protected areas of our country on this trilingual site with interactive solutions.
Here can be found individual stories about all the protected areas in short and expanded versions, there are also videos, which are in English on Protectedareas.am.
In Protectedareas.am, almost all the shots are taken with drones, so that you can see those areas from all sides, in a 360-degree radius, thus studying them better. The images are equipped with relevant tools, by clicking on which you can get additional information about the area, biodiversity, flora and fauna.
There are also maps of trails in specially protected areas of nature posted on the website, which can be downloaded through corresponding mobile app. The application works on "IOS" and "Android" systems.
The website was created by “360Stories” company with funding of World Wide Fund for Nature.
The website can be accessed via the following link: https://protectedareas.am/.
