Young environmentalists presented the initiative "0 plastic" to the Deputy Minister. The aim of the initiative is to reduce the number of plastic bottles, reduce air pollution and recycle plastic bottles.
The Deputy Minister greeted the students and thanked them for their initiative.
Taking into account global environmental challenges and trends in healthy behavior, they are of paramount importance today and projects and activities aimed at solving environmental problems are gradually becoming more relevant.
"The involvement of young people during the policy and planning of actions in the field of environmental management plays an extremely important role in increasing the effectiveness of these processes," the Deputy Minister noted and presented the programs that the Ministry of Environment is currently implementing in the direction of improving the ecological environment, "ecology is a key component of environmental management, which should begin with preschool, continue in higher education institutions and be of a long-term nature".
At the end of the meeting, the Deputy Minister promised to keep the presented program in the spotlight and promote its implementation.
