In the process of providing forest lands and forests, the rent will correspond to the rents established for the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia.
At today's meeting, the Government approved the draft government decision "On Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N668-N dated June 3, 2010", developed by the Ministry of Environment.
Considering the fact, that according to part 2 of Article 50 of the RA Forest Code, the government sets the minimum amount of rent for forests considered state property, it became necessary to revise the current decision.
The draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia "On Amendments to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia N668-N dated June 3, 2010 " sets out the annex to the decision in a new edition. In addition, in the new version of the application, the rent is set not by regions, but by forest states of "forestry" branches of the "Hayantar" SNCO.
With the adoption of the project, the rent for the provision of forest lands and forests will correspond to the rent established for the entire territory of the Republic of Armenia.
