On June 26 of this year, aviation and biological warfare activities started in the forests.
In previous years, the air fight was conducted by chemical means, and this year - by biological means. This type of struggle is aimed at a deeper fight against the development of diseases and the reproduction of damage, providing a long-term result.
The activities will be carried out in the forest territories infected with pests and other diseases of the Armnat State Forestry Committee of the Ministry of Environment -Vayots Dzor, Aragatsotn and Hrazdan branches of Forestry - according to the following schedule.
-Vayots Dzor branch "forestry" of the SNCO "Armles" of the Forestry Committee on the territory of 1200 hectares - 06/26/2023 - 06/27/2023,
-Aragatsotn branch "forestry" of the SNCO "Armles" of the Forestry Committee on the territory of 1320 hectares - 06/28/2023 - 30.06.2023,
-Hrazdan branch of "forestry" of the SNCO "Armles" of the Forestry Committee on the territory of 1600 hectares - 01.07.2023 - 03.07.2023.

During the work it is necessary to close the arcades of bee colonies.
