Acting Prime Minister of RA Nikol Pashinyan signed a decree on May 10, according to which the Acting director of “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” state agency of the Ministry of Environment was changed.
The decree particularly states:

"Guided by the 27th point of the charter approved by the 1st point of the N9-N decree (January 13, 2011) of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, to dismiss Mikael Khachatryan from the post of the Acting director of “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” state agency of the Ministry of Environment.”
"Guided by the 27th point of the charter approved by the 1st point  of the N9-N decree (January 13, 2011) of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, and  11.1 and 11.3 points of N1 Annex approved by  the N1668-N decree (December 16, 2010) of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, to appoint Armen Yesoyan the Acting director of “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” state agency of the Ministry of Environment, until the appointment of the winner of the competition for the position of the Director of “Environmental Project Implementation Unit” state agency in the mentioned position. "
