In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on July 4, 2024 at 02:30 p.m., public discussions will be held at the Palace of Culture of Kajaran, Syunik Province / address: Lernvasotneri 2, Kajaran/ on the transfer of of the 110 kV "Agarak" overhead line of "Zangezur Copper and Molybdenum Combine" CJSC of Syunik Province from the territory of "ZPMK" CJSC and the environmental impact assessment report on the construction works of the 220 kV overhead line /4th phase/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325-Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
