In accordance with the RA law on "Environmental Impact Assessment and Expertise" (21.06.2014 Հ0-110-Ն) as well as in accordance with the procedure established by the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), on June 17, 2024 at 03:00 p.m., public discussions will be held at the residence of the administrative head of Nerkin Sasnashen Settlement, Talin Community at the address of Nerki Sasnashe 3rd street, No. 10 on the preliminary environmental impact assessment application submitted by "AVANGARD SHIN" LLC for the construction of the school /2nd discussion/.
Within the time limits set by the annex to the decision N1325- Ն of the Government of the RA (19.11.2014), recommendations and comments on the application can be submitted in writing to "Environmental Impact Testing Center" SNCO of the Ministry of Environment of the RA.
