PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

In accordance with the RA water code as well as N217-N and N218-N decrees of the GoA (March 7, 2003), a draft is developed by the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency over new water usage permit to extract 0.97 l/s from Jajur River projected for irrigation in Ashot Davoyan’s land area of Marmarashen community, Shirak region.
All stakeholders can find document development and preliminary document draft, thus applying to the RA MNP Water Resource Management Agency from 17:00-18:00, on working days (5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan).
In case of submitting written remarks and proposals regarding the draft, the consultative meeting over the document will be held (541 room, 5th floor, 3rd Government House, Republic Square, Yerevan) on August 28, at 16:00.
