The Ministry of Nature Protection made decisions of administrative fine on 2.43 million AMD for the violation of environmental norms

During 02-06.06.2014 period 31 decisions of administrative fine on 2.43 million AMD were made as a result of carried out inspections, detected violations in the quarter accounts of nature protection and nature utilization payments and cases review given to the Inspection’s proceedings and 1.53 million AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

Especially:

2 decisions of administrative fine on 100.0 thousand AMD were made by the workers of Tavush regional department as a result of detected illegal tree cutting 2 cases review and 357.41 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

The workers of Lori regional department made 2 decisions of administrative fine on 100.0 thousand AMD against an individual as a result of detected illegal tree cutting 2 cases review and 46.5 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

The workers of Shirak regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 50.0 thousand AMD against an individual by for the illegal hunting of crayfish detected during carried out inspections. 3 crayfish nets have been confiscated and the confiscated 3.0 kg live crayfish were released back to the basin.

During carried out inspections the workers of Ararat regional department detected the sporting gun which was confiscated and given to RA Vedi Police Department.

The workers of Yerevan regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 50.0 thousand AMD against an individual for the violation of land conservation norms and 15.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

The workers of Aragantsotn regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 30.0 thousand AMD against an individual for the similar case detected during carried out inspections and Tavush regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 50.0 thousand AMD for the same violation case and 60.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

The workers of Yerevan and Kotayk regional departments made a decision of administrative fine on 50.0 thousand AMD against an individual as a result of uncovered transfer of ore case review.

5 decisions of administrative fine on 500.0 thousand AMD were made by the workers of Yerevan regional department for illegal transfer of timber detected during carried out inspections and 420.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature. The workers of Shirak regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 100.0 thousand AMD for similar violation case and 30.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

The workers of Ararat regional department made a decision of administrative fine on 100.0 thousand AMD for illegal transfer of timber and 30.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature. One case was sent to RA Artashat Police Division as a suspicion of a criminal offense.

The workers of Gegharkunik regional department made 6 decisions of administrative fine on 600.0 thousand AMD for similar violation cases and 360.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature. The workers of Aragatsotn regional department made same decisions of administrative fine on 200.0 thousand AMD for 2 violation cases and 120.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature. 

3 decisions of administrative fine on 300.0 thousand AMD were made by the workers of Kotayk regional department as a result of 3 cases review of illegal transfer of timber and 90.0 thousand AMD was calculated the damage caused to the nature.

Yerevan regional department made decisions of administrative fine on 150.0 thousand AMD against 3 business entities for not producing quarterly accounts of nature protection and nature utilization payments.

Totally, during the mentioned period 1.28 million AMD was transferred to RA State budget from punitive measures of State Environmental Inspectorate of the Ministry of Nature Protection of Armenia.
